Terms & Conditions
1. Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to applicable law.
2. Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively on [anatomicshoes.com](https://anatomicshoes.com) towards the purchase of products available on the website.
3. Sale Items: Gift cards can be used to purchase both full-price and sale items.
4. Partial Redemption: If the total value of a purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance may be used towards future purchases, provided the gift card has not expired.
5. Additional Payment: If the purchase total exceeds the available gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
6. Cash Value: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
7. Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
8. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: Gift cards should be kept secure. Anatomic Shoes cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost, stolen or unauthorisedly used gift cards.
9. Use Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
10. Expiry: Any unused balance after the expiry date will no longer be redeemable, subject to applicable law.
11. Consumer Rights: These terms do not affect any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
