DELIVERY

We know that you can’t wait to be wearing your new pair of Anatomic shoes or boots, so we always do our best to ensure they get to you quickly.
 

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM

  • Orders are delivered within 48 hours / 2 business days (if ordered before 2pm).

  • Orders placed from Northern Ireland, Scottish Island / Highlands, Scilly Island and Channel Islands are delivered in 2 business days.
  • Orders over £110 are shipped free of delivery charges for England, Wales and Scotland; Orders under £110 cost £5.95 in the UK.



Delivery is excluded on weekends and UK public holidays. (Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes).
 

TRACKING NUMBER

You will receive your tracking number after your parcel has been dispatched. To ensure you receive tracking information, please pay attention when providing your contact details at the checkout.


Providing us with your SMS or E-MAIL means you will receive delivery updates for your order.

If your order is delivered to you and it is damaged, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within 7 (seven) working days of receipt.
 


If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the appointed carrier.
 


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • All deliveries will need to be signed for. However, if any instructions are added to the delivery note it removes the driver's obligation to obtain a signature. In that case, it will be your responsibility where the parcel has been delivered.

  • If you're not available for the delivery of your parcel and you have not left any instructions, our courier will leave a delivery card advising how to arrange collection or re-delivery of your parcel (this can vary between different couriers).

  • We will try to deliver the order two times, then the shoes will be allocated at the closest collection point.

  • All goods are subject to availability.

  • We normally despatch your order the same day if you place it before 2 PM, however, we do not guarantee the same day despatch.

  • We will send you an email to confirm despatch of your order.
 
SALE TIMES

Due to the high volume of orders on these days, your shipment may not arrive within 48 hours after your purchase so we estimate a delivery time of 7-10 business days. We know it may be frustrating to wait, but we do our best to alway get your new pair of shoes to you as fast as possible.

FESTIVE PERIOD:

To secure your Anatomic shoes or boots arrive before Christmas, please ensure orders are placed on or before the 19th December. Orders placed after this, could take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer free worldwide shipping outside of the UK for any orders over $150 / €140.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  •  All our international deliveries are tracked and require a signature, the service we use is UPS and it should reach you in 3 to 7 business days.

  • All goods are subject to availability.

  • We normally dispatch your order within 48 hours if you place it before 2 PM, however, this may differ on festive periods or sale times.

  • We will not despatch orders on weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

  • We will send you an email to confirm despatch of your order.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

We make use of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) across Europe to cover all costs of transporting the goods until they reach an agreed-upon destination.
 


Please note that all orders delivered outside the UK and the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for paying all import duties and local taxes upon receipt of your order. These are imposed by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives to your country. We have no control over these charges, please contact your local customs office for further information.
 


All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility.
