RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Of course we want you to be happy with your Anatomic shoes or boots, but if you wish to return an item for exchange or refund:

  • We offer a 30 day (from receipt) full money-back guarantee.
  • Delivery costs are non refundable, both within the UK and International.
  • If you feel your items are faulty please get in touch, so we can resolve things for you (the above conditions also apply).
  • Please complete the details on your Anatomic & Co Returns Slip enclosed with your order.
  • Send your returns in an unworn condition with the complete original packaging (unless the goods are faulty) and the filled in Returns Slip.

It typically takes up to 10 working days from the day we receive your parcel for your return to be processed. Once your return has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. UK RETURNS:

Returns within the UK are free and trackable.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a Refund or Exchange. Any returns must be unworn and in their original condition including the packaging. Please make sure you pack the shoes in the same way you received them with the paper fillers inside them and with the paper tissue between left and right to avoid scratching and any leather damage.

Returning to us is easy:

  1. You are provided with a free Royal Mail label in your box of shoes
  2. Ensure that all free UK returns are returned with a Proof of Postage from the Royal Mail access point. Find a drop off point near you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

For international returns, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.

Your items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packaged up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
We recommend that all items returned to us from outside the United Kingdom to be sent Royal Mail recorded special delivery with insurance.

REFUNDS:

We’ll send you an email update as soon as we’ve completed your return. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your order. This can take up to 10 working days (excluding bank holidays) in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer. You will be refunded the amount you paid for your goods excluding delivery charge unless you cancelled your order or your item was faulty. If you cancelled your order we only refund the standard delivery change.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to try another size, colour or style please circle 'Exchange' on your returns form next to the item you are returning.


Exchanges may take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Exchanges are sent via free standard delivery.

RIGHT TO CANCEL:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us; Anatomic Limited, Unit 10 Granby Trade Park Peverel Drive, Milton Keynes MK1 1NL, United Kingdom on 44 203 11 50 002 or via email at customerservice@anatomicshoes.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

EFFECT OF CANCELLATION:

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is.
